I have had the privilege of working alongside clients for the past 8 years. I believe, and have  experienced that people have the strength and resources within themselves to grow and  heal and that it is my honour to walk alongside clients in navigating the various challenges that  life brings. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to process your  emotions freely and help you cope effectively with life’s stressors. Additionally, I have worked  through my own experiences of anxiety and depression and have made it my life’s passion to  help others learn how to create a life worth living. My personal experience may not be the  exact same as yours, but sometimes it can be comforting to know that the person you are  sharing with has some insight into the struggles you may be facing through lived experience  along with professional expertise.

Get To Know Me Personally

  • For me, spending time in nature is healing and helps me to recharge, I also prioritize exercise and time for creating art.

  • As a teen I struggled with depression and anxiety and did not have access to the support I needed at the time. Because of my personal experiences I wanted to help others who feel like they don’t have someone to talk to and provide a safe and non-judgemental space for people to share, process and heal.

  • Moving to a new province solo and not knowing a single person, this experience challenged my trust in myself, allowed me to experience the world in a new way and built confidence in myself, I would do it again!

  • A marine biologist or hair stylist, honestly I still love both animals and hair styling just as much as when I was a kid!

  • I’m spending time with friends and family. I value an active lifestyle whether it be working out at the gym, paddle boarding or hiking to a mountain top. I like to engage in my creative side through crafting, drawing and painting. I am happiest on a mountainside or lake and connecting with others.

  • Coming to therapy can be anxiety-provoking, and that’s normal. I believe it takes a lot of courage to open up about your life. Having been a client myself, I have sat in that same seat. In doing so I take extra care to create a space that feels warm, non-judgement and safe.

  • I truly enjoy connecting and meeting new people in various stages of life. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients and journey together whether it be for a brief time or for longer. It is such a gift to share in another's life, growth and healing and is so inspiring to witness as a counsellor!

  • Insightful, warm, non-judgmental, knowledgeable and empathetic.

  • “I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now.”
    -Virginia Satir
