Get To Know Me Personally

  • Spending time with my son, cooking, and gardening

  • I always loved hearing people’s stories, and when I realized that I could make a difference by doing this, it was an easy path to choose.

  • My relationship with my son. He was born almost three months prematurely, and it’s been a long road for us to get to where we are now, where we can have dance parties in the living room!

  • A news reporter, I even worked for my small town newspaper for a while.

  • I’m spending time with my son, our two cats, cooking or baking, or at the beach.

  • It doesn’t have to be hard or scary and you don’t have to totally spill your guts. It can be practical and helpful, and while it does take some work, if you’re open to the process, it can absolutely be (mostly) pain-free.

  • I think most counsellors are going to say they love helping clients make positive changes, and I feel the same. There is something so amazing when you watch someone realize they have the power to make things better.

  • Easy-going, straightforward, relaxed and down-to-earth.

  • Believe you can, and you’re halfway there - Theodore Roosevelt
