Vitality Collective Inc is expanding and currently has openings for independent contractors to join a thriving, established community of practice with locations in Surrey, Downtown Vancouver, and Chilliwack. We provide trauma-informed counselling services to a wide demographic of clients in our surrounding communities. We are looking for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) who are relational and person-centered, trauma-informed and trauma-trained, and who have a strong working knowledge of ethics.
Contracts currently available in:
Surrey
Chilliwack
Vancouver
Contract hours available:
Part-time
5 - 15 client hours a week; 1 - 3 shifts per weekFull-time
16 - 25+ client hours a week; 4 - 5 shifts per week

Qualifications:
A Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Social Work
BCACC registration and current professional liability insurance
Proficiency in a range or combination of therapeutic approaches such as: Emotionally Focussed Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, OEI, Lifespan Integration, Existential Therapy, Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, AEDP, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Pursues ongoing professional development and supervision when necessary
Strong awareness of and compliance with ethical practices and boundaries
Ability to work independently
Dedicated to working within our practice long-term
Considered Assets: trauma training, somatic training, multiple languages spoken, 2+ years experience, ability to work with couples, ability to work with children/youth
