I believe that even in our most difficult moments, there is an opportunity to uncover meaning, new levels of understanding, and growth. My goal is to help you explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, offering a space where you feel unconditionally supported while being gently challenged to step outside of old patterns. I strive to be a non-judgmental mirror, reflecting your thoughts and feelings back to you so you can draw your own conclusions about what a healthy, fulfilling life looks like. Together, we’ll work to make sense of your suffering, identify what truly matters to you, and create a path toward lasting peace and purpose.

If I want to feel my best, I will head outside and move around, spend time with friends and family, or reconnect with purpose through meditation and yoga.

I believe in the power of growth, healing, and connection. I’ve always been someone who listens deeply, and places importance on feeling truly seen and understood. I’m endlessly curious about the connection between the brain, behaviour, and the way we navigate life’s challenges. For me, counselling is about more than solving problems—it’s about helping people find meaning in their struggles, reconnect with their strengths, and create a life that feels aligned with who they are. Being able to support others on this journey is both a privilege and a purpose I feel called to fulfill.
-
My determination. I grew up riding horses and we were always taught “If you fall off, you have to get back on again”. I am thankful for the determination and self-trust to follow my intuition, navigate hardships, and take on some big-to-me risks/endeavours in life to follow my dreams and build the best life that I can for my son.
-
A singer. In adulthood, my car is my “stage,” and that is how I prefer it!

I’m usually hanging out with my husband and a few friends. I might also be getting in contact with nature through hiking, paddling, or climbing, or planning our next trip abroad. I like to dabble in a new hobby every few months, and I’m currently working on honing my skills as a chef and gardener.

Although there are sometimes very impactful “aha!” moments in counselling, it’s important to remember that growth and healing take time. The process can feel uncomfortable, especially when exploring deeper emotions or long-standing patterns. But counselling is a collaborative journey, where I’ll meet you where you are, offering tools and a fresh perspective to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward the life you want. It’s a process, but one that is ultimately deeply rewarding.

I love being able to witness transformative moments such as when shame begins to dissolve as someone realizes they’re not alone in their struggles—that their experiences don’t make them broken, but simply human. There’s something incredible about that moment when something “clicks” for the first time, and a new sense of clarity or understanding emerges. Most of all, I love when people leave the counselling relationship feeling empowered—ready to face life with renewed energy, perspective, and confidence in their ability to navigate whatever comes next.
-
Understanding, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I have heard from clients as well as friends and colleagues that I have a calming energy.
-
"Healing isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about rediscovering the strength that’s always been within you."
